Anyway, finding a roommate means you want to find a room in a shared accomodation and the best way to do that is via Marktplaats where you can post or respond to adverts placed on this site (but it’s only in Dutch) http://www.marktplaats.nl/

However most places will require you to stay a minimum of one year, and unless you have a confirmation of a residence permit (which I explained in depth in your last question) then it is a bit silly to sign a contract if you are not sure you are going to be able to stay. It’s a contract and you will have to pay even if you leave. Also all legal landlords will require you register with the municipality and once again, if you do not have the legal status you cannot register.
As for dating sites then there are several in Dutch that advertise well you only want ones in English and quite frankly this puts you in a minority then and with far more people from abroad looking for a minority of people who only speak English in the Netherlands.
